Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between UST LLC, a company organized and existing under the laws of Republic of Armenia, with its principal place of business at Yerevan("Licensor"), and the individual using the Customer application of the UST mobile application ("Customer").

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "UST App" refers to the UST mobile application, including both the Customer and Partner applications.

1.2 "Partners" refers to individuals or entities using the Partner application of the UST App, providing automotive services or selling car parts.

1.3 "Customers" refers to individuals using the Customer application of the UST App, seeking automotive services or purchasing car parts.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the UST App solely for personal purposes related to seeking automotive services or purchasing car parts.

2.2 The license includes the right to access and use all features and functionalities of the UST App as described in the documentation provided by Licensor.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS

3.1 Customer agrees to register an account on the UST App by providing accurate and complete information. Customer shall ensure that all information provided during registration is current and up-to-date.

3.2 Licensor may verify Customer's identity through social media accounts, email, and phone number verification. Customer agrees to cooperate with any verification process initiated by Licensor.

4. SERVICES AND OCCUPATION TYPES

4.1 Customer must add their cars to their profiles to use the UST App effectively. Customer is responsible for maintaining an accurate and updated list of their vehicles in the UST App.

4.2 Customer shall select the appropriate services and parts required, ensuring the accuracy of order details for effective matching with partners providing the desired services.

5. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROCESS

5.1 Customers can place orders for services or parts through the UST App. Customer acknowledges that the accuracy and completeness of order details are essential for finding suitable partners.

5.2 Customers receive offers from partners based on their specified occupation types and services. Customer can choose the offer that best fits their needs.

6. FEES AND PAYMENT

6.1 UST LLC receives a percentage from each transaction between Partners and Customers, as specified in the percentage set in the Partner's settings. Customer acknowledges and agrees to the fee structure outlined in the UST App.

6.2 Payment transactions will be handled through the UST App's wallet system. Customer shall ensure the availability of funds in their wallet to facilitate seamless transactions within the UST App.

7. SETTINGS, HISTORY, AND NOTIFICATIONS

7.1 Customers have access to settings, order history, notification, and wallet history sections within the UST App. Customer is responsible for configuring settings according to their preferences and monitoring relevant sections for updates and transactions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 The UST App and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Licensor. Customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the UST App without prior written consent from Licensor.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

9.1 This Agreement shall commence upon Customer's acceptance and continue until terminated by either party. Customer may terminate the Agreement by ceasing to use the UST App, and Licensor may terminate for cause upon written notice if Customer breaches any material term.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Customer Agreement as of the Effective Date.
