These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the UST mobile application ("UST App") provided by UST LLC, a company organized and existing under the laws of Republic of Armenia, with its principal place of business at Yerevan("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing and using the UST App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the UST App.
1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
1.1 To use certain features of the UST App, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
2. USE OF UST APP
2.1 You may use the UST App for business purposes related to automotive services or the sale of car parts in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 You agree not to use the UST App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. STORE AND OCCUPATION INFORMATION
3.1 Partners must provide accurate and complete information about their store, including location, organization details, and the occupation types and services they provide.
3.2 Partners are responsible for ensuring that the information provided accurately represents their business and services.
4. ORDERS AND TRANSACTIONS
4.1 By accepting orders through the UST App, partners agree to provide accurate and timely services or deliver car parts based on the customer's requests.
4.2 Partners acknowledge that transparent and fair pricing practices are essential for maintaining the integrity of the UST App marketplace.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
5.1 UST LLC may charge fees for certain features or transactions. Partners agree to pay any fees associated with their use of such features or transactions.
5.2 Payments will be processed through the UST App's wallet system. Ensure the availability of funds in your wallet to facilitate seamless transactions.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 The UST App and all related intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of UST LLC. Partners agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the UST App without prior written consent from UST LLC.
7. TERMINATION
7.1 UST LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the UST App at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without notice.
8. DISCLAIMER
8.1 The UST App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. UST LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 UST LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the UST App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Armenia.
